When communicating with us, please don't ask questions (personal or otherwise) that don't have any relevance to the order.

By working with this company, you agree to the following Terms of Service, listed below, if not, your service will be terminated. Pawzdownsuits reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we see fit.

Payments and Refunds

A deposit of 50% of the subtotal (Without shipping) is required to secure a commission slot. We only accept Venmo to complete money transactions (for the time being).

Payment plans are applicable to commissions over $650USD (shipping not included). Pawzdownsuits offers one type of customized payment plan, where the initial deposit (50%) must be paid upfront, and the remaining balance must be paid before the final piece is shipped, but in no particular order. If not, the finished order will be held back until the full payment is completed. Once it's completed, the order will be shipped to the customer.

Payments must be sent in USD and USD only, please convert before sending if necessary.

We do not refund the initial deposits after it is paid, however rebates may be given after the deposit, depending on the progress made on the commission so far once the client cancels the order. If the client has paid for the order, violates our Terms of Service, and the order gets terminated by Pawzdownsuits, NO refund will be given.

Completion Times

Orders may take from days to months to complete, depending on the commission. More specific estimation times can be provided upon request. Pawzdownsuits does not guarantee any exact completion times. Do not rush/harass us to complete your order first. Harassment will result in termination of your order with NO refund.

Rush Fee

We accept one rushed order per queue, they are first come, first serve, and will ensure your suit is completed first. Rush fees for fursuits must be added at the beginning of your order. If you choose to add a rush fee for a fursuit, plan for a minimum of 60-100 days in advance (depending on the order). Rush fees for art must also be added at the beginning of the order, but dates vary primarily on the piece itself.

Rush fees add 25% upcharge of your subtotal (minus shipping, if applicable); For example, a rush fee for a base-price plantigrade fullsuit is $462.50 (25% of $1,850 = $462.50). Rush fees must be paid with the deposit (if a deposit is present). Other payment plan guidelines still apply.

NOTICE: Rushed suits do leave more room for error, however, fixes can be made free of charge (client covers shipping) through our warranty. Please choose whether to pay more for a rushed order and possibly shipping for fixes later on, or to wait longer and not have the upcharge. Art is not applicable for warranties (besides physical badges, which will be replaced entirely).

RSVP

If we notify you about you making the commission slot, we will ask for more information, depending on the commission. WIPs (work in progress) pictures will be sent to you throughout the process for clarification and touch-ups. WIPs pictures may also be posted on our social media platforms under Pawzdownsuits. Please be sure to be active on whichever platform you choose for communication.

Shipping

Shipping for all physical items are made through UPS and USPS. This also applies for international shipping. Shipping is not covered by Pawzdownsuits, and shipping costs are not included in quotes, but rather given afterwards for the final total. Until then, the price remains as a subtotal until it is given. WE OWN PETS, these include: Dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles. Even though said animals may not interact with your purchase, if you are allergic to any of the following, we recommend that you do not purchase physical items from us. Pawzdownsuits is not responsible for any allergic outbreaks you may experience if you choose to purchase anyways. Pawzdownsuits is not responsible for any possible damage any physical items may encounter during shipping (mishandling or breakage from shipping companies, etc). With this being said, if there are any deformities, please seek the warranty section for more information.

Quotes

Quotes are free and will be provided upon request. Being given a quote does not mean you’ve been given a commission slot. Quotes are free, and are a part of the subtotal (total without shipping costs, etc). Quotes given out are applicable to a commission slot for the year it was assigned only, after the year ends, the quote will need to be reassessed, and the one given will be discarded. Any changes to the order, such as adding more items, will increase the total price depending on the item (even after the initial deposit has been paid). Please be sure to be definitive on what you want when applying for a quote, as it's less work to go back and forth between editing the price.

Warranty

All physical items have a two-month (60 day) warranty after they've arrived at their destination. Please contact us as soon as possible for these fixes. This covers popped seams, holes, defective fitting, and glue issues upon arrival and gentle use. Articles are stress-tested before being sent, but still may have issues after arrival (We are still human!), This warranty does not include: rough-housing, poor maintenance, or intentional misuse. Wash pieces before they are sent back, or a $50 upfront fee will be added, and the piece will not be sent back until it is received, along with the shipping. Fixes within the warranty are free of charge besides shipping, clients will be required to pay for shipping to and from the workshop. Any repairs needed outside of the warranty period will need to be paid for entirely by the client. Any adult play in fursuits will not be applicable for repairs, for our safety and sanitary reasons.

Minor Regulations

Pawzdownsuits does not work with clients under the age of 16 for fursuit commissions, however, we will work with minors for art commissions. Any client who is underage and wishes to purchase from Pawzdowsuits for fursuits must seek help from an adult to help complete the order. With this being the case, any NSFW art will not be sold or visible to minors (18 or under). All NSFW clients will be checked for age verification under the Virginia law. Age verification will be done by showing ID (Identification card), or any legal document showcasing a date of birth and facial verification. In order to access the NSFW art section for viewing, Age verification will also be required. Please message us for verification.

Fursuit Commission Regulations

Fursuit commissions will require a set of measurements (in centimeters) depending on the order.

For fursuit heads, they will require measurements as the following:

When sending the measurements, please be sure to send them in a listed format, for example: 1, ##cm, 2, ##cm, etc.

When ordering a bodysuit, or fullsuit, DTDs (Duct Tape Dummies) will need to be sent in order to receive one. Please use two-three layers of strong, secure duct tape and do not create seams along the top of the shoulder/arm when removing. This prevents the dummy from detaching and falling off its hanger under its own weight. (It's extremely important because it could deform the pattern when taping, and makes the dummy overall more durable. Where it can be potentially used more than one time.)

For hand-paws, they will require measurements as the following:

Fabric selections will be pre-chosen and sent to you for clarification before purchase. We will only purchase fabric from Howlfabrics, BigZFabrics, Hobby Lobby, Fabric Hut, and Fursuit Supplies, if the exact cocannotlors be found from those websites, a similar color will be provided. Price will increase as more colors and complexity within the pattern are introduced. Every extra fabric color (Regardless of the type of fabric), besides primary and secondary colors, will add $60 per added color. Primary and secondary colors are included with the base price. We are willing to experiment with new additions to suits (Fans, LEDs, NFC tags), however, we do not guarantee it to be perfect. All suits are handmade and will not be perfect because we are human. All suits include a fabric sheet, including swatches of the fabric types, and where it was purchased from.

Fursuit reference sheets are required to get an accurate depiction of the character. Please be sure the reference sheet includes a front, back and side view of the character, however front and back views only are accepted too. Strictly front view or strictly back view reference sheets are not permitted. Please be sure any specific markings are defined properly too, or we will use artistic liberty to assume their placement. Clients will be declined if they do not have a reference, however reference sheets can be commissioned along with a suit, and the completed artwork will be added to the total cost. Our suit style is constantly changing, and all suits are completely handcrafted. Any one suit will not look the same to another.

Please refrain from Adult play in our suits, we DO NOT allow it. If that is your intention, please seek another maker. If we, Pawzdownsuits finds anywhere that this term has been violated, your service will be terminated without refund, and you will be blacklisted indefinitely.

Art Commission Regulations

Do not ask us to replicate or copy other artists’ art/work style. We will not draw characters that do not belong to the client without the original owner's permission. All art created by Pawzdownsuits is in our style, by clients that we have been paid to draw for. Reference sheets are not required for art commissions, but please be sure to have multiple pieces of art work for reference, with at least one being flat color (No shading!!)

Drawing limits include the following:

Feral & Anthropomorphic characters
Muted Gore (low fidelity, desaturated or unrealistic colors)
Somewhat Complicated Backgrounds
Fantasy Races
Nudity

Will not draw..

Harsh Gore (high fidelity, realistic features, dismemberment)
Illegal Scenarios (ask for clarification)
Sexual Scenes with Underage Characters (Loli, etc)
Characters Without Original Owners Permission
Humans

Strict guidelines for art commissions include:

Art Will Not Be Made Into NFTs (or other crypto-based currencies)
Editing/Altering/Marking the Artwork Itself and Claiming as Your Own
Using Said artwork Commercially (for profit)
Removing Watermarks/Signatures

Any art adopts made by Pawzdownsuits cannot be refunded, but may be resold for a similar price, but not more than the original. Our art style is constantly changing, and any one art piece will not look the same as another!

Animations (beta)

Animations must be short clips up to 5 seconds or a GIF.

Animation requires much more time and communication than regular commissions, so only short clips are offered, rather than full scale pieces for the time being. All Animations will only be completed with characters whose patterns have minimal complexity. Please be absolutely sure what you want when commissioning! NSFW commissions will also be offered, with the same regulations as other NSFW art.
